IPL 2024 Updated Points Table, Orange Cap And Purple Cap Standings After CSK Beat MI on 14 April

On Sunday (April 14), Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Lucknow Super Giants by 8 wickets in the first match of the double header at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata to cement their spot in the second position with eight points.

Chennai Super Kings also got to eight points after seeing off rivals Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. With the two results, only LSG and MI dropped a position allowing Sunrisers Hyderabad and PBKS to move up thanks to their better NRR.

Earlier, Rajasthan Royals stretched the lead at the summit of the IPL 2024 points table following a 3-wicket win over Punjab Kings at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Stadium in Mullanpur, Chandigarh on Saturday (April 13).
