The Gujarat Titans opener accumulated 722 runs, struck eight half-centuries and combined consistency with tempo better than any batter in the competition. While several players scored faster, none matched his ability to build innings while maintaining pressure on bowlers.

At No. 3 sits Virat Kohli, whose remarkable IPL resurgence continued in 2026.

The RCB skipper scored 501 runs at a remarkable strike rate of 192.69 and led his team to a second successive IPL title. While he batted at No. 4 for much of the season, his inclusion at No. 6 reflects his extraordinary finishing ability.

The defining image of Patidar's season remains his breathtaking unbeaten 93 off 33 balls against Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 1-an innings that effectively secured RCB's place in the final.

The All-Round & Spin Engine Room

Every great T20 side needs players capable of influencing games in multiple disciplines.

Krunal Pandya was one of the unsung heroes of RCB's championship-winning campaign. His ability to control the middle overs, provide crucial breakthroughs and contribute useful runs down the order repeatedly shifted momentum in Bengaluru's favour.

Alongside him is Sunil Narine, whose impact transcends traditional statistics.

Even at this stage of his career, Narine remains one of the IPL's most unique match-winners. Whether opening the batting, bowling inside the Powerplay or breaking partnerships in the middle overs, he continues to influence matches in ways few players can replicate.

The Impact Subs: Too Good to Ignore
