New Delhi, May 15: India's batting masterclass Virat Kohli and South Africa's batting genius AB de Villiers' record 229 run-partnership for 2nd wicket in the Indian Premier League.

The batting duo slammed their respective tons to create yet another record in T20 cricket.

They orchestrated a mayhem by scoring magnificent centuries as Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) inflicted a crushing 144-run defeat on league leaders Gujarat Lions (GL), recording the biggest ever victory in the history of IPL. (Kohli sets new IPL record)

Records tumbled as Kohli (108) and de Villiers (129*) plundered Gujarat Lions' bowlers.
