He is employed by Air India under a sports quota programme, which allows him to train and compete internationally. He also works as an airline worker. His professional journey includes being a right-handed shooter with a right eye dominance.

Over the years, he has trained under notable coaches such as Oleg Mikhailov from Ukraine and Kanwar Randhir Singh from India. He represents the Gun for Glory Shooting Academy in Pune.

Injuries and Challenges

Throughout his career, he faced several injuries. A neck injury at the 2015 World Cup event in Gabala, Azerbaijan, and a knee injury that forced him to withdraw from the 2013 World Cup event in Granada, Spain, were significant setbacks.
