Koki Kano Biography

He started fencing in 2008 and pursued higher education in Sports Science at Waseda University in Tokyo. His background in artistic gymnastics, which he practised competitively for eight years, provided a solid foundation for his fencing career.

Club and Coaching

He represents Japan Airlines and is coached by Oleksandr Gorbachuk from Ukraine. His right-handed technique has been honed under the guidance of his coach and the influence of his parents and Hiromi Takahashi.
