The Indian recurve archers' recent performances have been impressive, with victories in two out of the three World Cup stages this year. The male archers, including Dhiraj Bommadevara, Tarundeep Rai, and Pravin Jadhav, have shown great promise.

Dhiraj Bommadevara

Dhiraj Bommadevara is a highly skilled Indian archer from Andhra Pradesh who has earned a spot at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. With a strong training background and support from Olympic Gold Quest, Dhiraj has achieved notable success in international competitions, including winning bronze medals at the World Cup in Antalya and the World Cup Stage 3 in Medellin.

Born in 2001, Dhiraj competes in the recurve men's individual and team events and is currently ranked 15th in the world. His dedication and talent make him a promising contender for future archery competitions.

Tarundeep Rai

Tarundeep Rai is a highly accomplished Indian recurve archer who has represented his country in multiple Olympic Games and World Archery Championships. Despite facing setbacks due to injuries, Rai has made a strong comeback and continues to make a mark in the world of archery.

He has won numerous medals, including a silver at the 2019 World Archery Championships and a gold at the 2022 Antalya World Cup. Rai's contributions to Indian archery have been recognized with awards such as the Arjuna Award and the Padma Shri. He is a role model for aspiring archers in India and a proud representative of the sport on the international stage.

Pravin Jadhav

Pravin Ramesh Jadhav is an Indian archer who overcame challenges from his humble background to achieve success in the sport. He made history at the 2019 World Archery Championships as part of the first Indian team to qualify for the final since 2005, winning a silver medal.

Supported by organizations like OGQ, Jadhav is set to represent India at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, showcasing his determination and hard work in pursuing his dreams and inspiring others with his inspiring story.
