Swapnil Kusale, born on 6 August 1995, is an active Indian shooter specialising in the 50m Rifle 3 Positions Men event. He resides in Pune and represents India in international competitions. Kusale's journey in shooting began in 2009 when his father enrolled him in Maharashtra's primary sporting programme.

In the 2022 World Championships held in Cairo, Kusale earned a bronze medal in the Men's 50m Rifle 3 Positions Team event with a score of 1324. He also placed fourth in the Men's 50m Rifle 3 Positions with a score of 593. Additionally, he competed in other events but did not secure top positions.
Kusale's performance at the World Cup has been commendable. In Baku, Azerbaijan, he won gold in the Mixed 50m Rifle 3 Positions Team event with a score of 881 and silver in the Men's 50m Rifle 3 Positions Team event with a score of 1311. He also secured second place individually with a score of 591.
