Ireland were in a dominant position to really squeeze Afghanistan to a small total. At 74-5, things were looking bleak for the hosts. What a game. The innings from Andrew Balbirnie has got to go down as one of the best in ODIs for Ireland. He has pretty much chased this down by himself. George Dockrell did add a valuable 54 in a fifth wicket partnership of 143, but all the credit will go to Balbirnie. Simply sensational. Najibullah Zadran's maiden century earlier in the day is now in vain, but it set things up for an enthralling finale to the match. Ireland now level up the series at 1-1.
