For the second consecutive match Afghanistan have posted a score of 200 plus. Not the big total of yesterday but 210-7 is extremely competitive and once again Ireland are up against it. Mohammad Nabi was the chief destroyer today with 81 from just 36 balls and his destructive innings has given Afghanistan some momentum after a slow start.

A clean sweep for Afghanistan in the T20 series. A third clinical victory which was set up by a powerful Mohammad Nabi innings and finished by that man once again, Rashid Khan. He ended with figures of 5-27 at a time when Ireland had to swing the bat with the run-rate increasing. It was another good start made by the Irish though but it was the middle-order who weren't able to capitalise, that will be a disappointing aspect of their game while their bowling was put under incredible pressure.
Onto the ODI series then and Ireland might have a better chance but it is not going to be easy against this side in the form they are in.
