Australia cannot bat out their 50 overs again. Zampa added on some handy runs at the end, but miscues this straight up in the air. Rabada's short ball kept following him down the legside, and Miller hung on with ease at mid wicket.
A below par total from the hosts, but a better showing than at Perth. Starts for Finch, Lynn and Carey, but no one went on to make a big contribution. South Africa once again superb with the ball. They will be confident of chasing this one down to make it 2-0. The Australian pace attack need to come out firing after the break to give them a chance.

Great game of cricket, that. Not a good display of batting on show, but some excellent bowling. A below par target set by Australia, but their bowling attack managed to defend it. Marcus Stoinis was the man to pick up wickets at vital times, and he proved to be the difference today. Also a mention for the last wicket partnership for Australia with the bat, that too proved to be so important. The series is levelled up at 1-1, and it goes to the decider in Hobart on Sunday.
