David Willey to Jhye Richardson. Full toss, off stump on the front foot driving, to long off for 2 runs, fielded by Hales. Halfway then in this fourth ODI between England and Australia. Australia, having won the toss and elected to bat, have managed to post a more than decent 310-8 from their 50 overs, in fact only the second time the 300 mark has been passed in ODI cricket at this ground. England have their tails wagging though after posting 481 just two days ago. Nevertheless, they will have to play well to chase this total down, good discipline is needed with the bat if they are to go 4-0 up in this series. The top three shone for Australia today with Finch and Marsh both getting to 100 and Head pitching in with a useful 63. There wasn't much after that in an innings which could have neared 350 had things gone the Aussies way. With the ball it was Joe Root who surprised, keeping things tight and bowling out his allocation. Willey and Wood looked the pick of the bowlers, picking up six wickets between them.
David Willey to Nathan Lyon. Half volley, off stump on the front foot driving, in the air under control to mid off for 1 run, run save by Morgan.

OUT! L.B.W. David Willey to Tim Paine. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot Slog, hit pad to. Paine goes for just three as he gets trapped plumb infront and opts not to use their review. Willey came from around the wicket and the angle had the ball coming into the off stump. It was tight for hitting outside the line but a review would have seen the umpire's decision upheld.

OUT! Caught. David Willey to Shaun Marsh. Length ball, to leg on the front foot Slog, in the air under control to long on, by Roy, by Overton. Back-to-back wickets for Willey and it's an absolutely fantastic piece of fielding on the ropes as Roy takes the catch right on the ropes, he's on his way over and so throws it back into the hands of Overton and they run off in celebration. Fantastic piece of fielding on the boundary by England and they get rid of Marsh at long last. Willey is on a hat-trick now, the Australian captain on strike.
OUT! Caught. David Willey to Alex Carey. Full toss, to leg on the front foot flick, in the air uncontrolled to deep mid wicket, by Overton. Carey is gone this time and it's Overton who takes the catch as Willey gets away with the low full-toss. Carey tried to flick it over the mid-wicket boundary but didn't get enough on the shot, instead picking out the fielder as Australia lose their fifth wicket.
SIX! Adil Rashid to Shaun Marsh. Leg spinner half volley, to leg on the front foot slog sweeping, well timed in the air under control over deep mid wicket for 6 runs. Six more to finish Rashid's spell as he goes for 25 runs from his final over. It also takes Marsh to 100 and what an innings he has played, he's coming good at the right time and Australia now have three overs to play with to boost this total well over 300.

FOUR! Adil Rashid to Shaun Marsh. Leg spinner half volley, outside off stump on the front foot driving, well timed past deep extra cover for 4 runs. A fantastic over for Australia so far as Marsh gets four more, driving the ball through the covers. 17 runs from the over so far.

FOUR! Michael Neser to Jos Buttler. Half volley, outside off stump on the front foot driving, well timed in the air under control past deep extra cover for 4 runs. Four for Buttler to finish seal the victory! What a classy shot as he lofts the half-volley over the covers and the ball goes sailing away to the ropes. England secure a comfortable six wicket victory, completing their second highest run chase in the process, yet they did it with ease. England go 4-0 up in the series and once again it's thanks to the blistering top order of Roy, Bairstow and Hales who put England in a secure position for Buttler to come along and blast England over the line with 32 deliveries remaining. Australia put up good resistance, posting 310 never looked enough though, perhaps for the first time in England's history they saw the 300+ target as easily chase-able. Morgan described England as not far from perfection after their record breaking performance on Tuesday, that may well sum up this entire series should they secure a 5-0 whitewash at Old Trafford on Sunday. Australian heads have dropped and they will need something special to turn fortunes around before this series is finished.
Michael Neser to Jos Buttler. Half volley, middle stump on the front foot Slog, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to long on for 2 runs, by Finch. Buttler gets to his 50 from just 28 deliveries, he's slogged the free hit and it's gone straight up to long-on. They run two though, he can't be caught out as it's a free hit and he comes back for his 50. A brilliant innings to take England over the line here.
SIX! Michael Neser to Jos Buttler. Slower ball beamer, to leg on the back foot pulling, well timed in the air under control to deep mid wicket for 1 run. Six for Buttler who moves onto 48, Australia have lost their heads and England have a free hit as he's pulled a chest high full-toss.
