Bairstow and Root were both crucial in the run chase and acted both professionally and sensibly, they ran well and played the innings to perfection. But it wouldn't have been such an easy task had it not been for the bowling performance that limited Windies to just 204, they restrained the batsman and didn't let any run away to big totals. England win by 7 wickets, they move 1-0 up in the series and onwards to Trent Bridge, Nottingham on Thursday.
