It now looks as though Sri Lanka have run out of substitute players after all of the injuries.

Handshakes all round. Sri Lanka have done it, they batted the whole day while only losing two wickets to save the Test even though they were behind the eight ball for the majority of the game. Great fight from the visitors on what has been a tough tour. Credit has to go to Dhananjaya de Silva who scored an unbeaten 119 while Roshen Silva, on debut, finished with a maiden half century.
Virat Kohli though will rue the opportunity to not be able to finish off the game and on another occasion they might have declared earlier. On that note though the pitch was very placid so it might not have made a difference in the end.
