This was a totally different Pakistan to the one with have seen all tour with the top-order coming out swinging and smashing the ball to all parts. There it is. Pakistan take the victory by a huge margin of 48 runs and they looked comfortable from the start. Initially the batsmen posted a challenging total before Sarfraz Ahmed sent his bowlers out with freedom and they delivered in big style. New Zealand were decimated at the top, falling to 64-6 before a mini fightback from Mitchell Santner and Ben Wheeler gave the crowd something to cheer. It wasn't enough though and Pakistan tie up the series with one to play. Game on at Mount Maunganui.
