Wahab attempts the third but there was no chance and his partner hasn't left his crease. Easy run-out but Pakistan have posted a decent total with 305 on the board. Classy century by Babar was the highlight while Fakhar chipped in with a fifty at the top of the order. Batting looked relatively easy on this wicket although there was a bit of turn for the leg spinner.

After 10.1 overs the game looked all but dead. Sri Lanka were blown away and left in tatters at 28-5, which is when Shehan Jayasuriya and Dasun Shanaka came together. Their record breaking partnership of 177 got the visitors much closer than anyone expected but they fell just short in the end. Pakistan might have Usman Shinwari to thank for his 5-51 and he was brilliant on a flat deck.
