The T20 Blast 2023 is one of the oldest domestic T20 tournaments in the world where 18 County teams are participating. This is the 21st season of the domestic T20 tournament started on May 20 and will end on July 15, 2023. Organised by England and Wales Cricket Board, T20 Blast will see a total of 133 matches, including two semi-finals and a final. The 18 teams have been categorised into North and South Groups.

The T20 Blast 2023 will see the participation of 18 County teams. This is the 21st season of the domestic T20 tournament in the United Kingdom, thus making it the oldest T20 competition in the world. The tournament which started on May 20 will end on July 15, 2023. The semi-finals and finals are scheduled to be held on a single day.
T20 Blast, organised by England and Wales Cricket Board, will see the tournament getting split into two groups of nine teams each. A total of 133 matches over the course of the competition, including two semi-finals and a final, will be held across various venues.
The 18 teams have been categorised into North and South Groups. The North Group comprises Birmingham Bears, Derbyshire Falcons, Durham, Lancashire Lightning, Leicestershire Foxes, Northants Steelbacks, Notts Outlaws, Worcestershire Rapids, and Yorkshire Vikings. While the South Group features the following teams, Essex Eagles, Glamorgan, Gloucestershire, Hampshire Hawks, Kent Spitfires, Middlesex, Somerset, Surrey, and Sussex Sharks.
Both Derbyshire and Lancashire had a great campaign last season with both finishing third and second respectively in the North group to make the knockouts.
