Kiran Pahal, born on 5 August 2000, is an Indian athlete from Haryana who specialises in the 400 metres run. She became the second Indian athlete to go sub-51 seconds in 2024. Pahal qualified for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris in the 400m event.

Pahal is a three-time National champion. In June 2022, she won the 400m individual event at the inter-state championship at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai, clocking 52.57 seconds. She was part of the 4 × 400 m relay teams that won the National title in October 2019 at Ranchi and June 2021 at Patiala.
Although she participates in the 100m and 200m events, her primary focus remains on the 400m. As of now, she is ranked 139th in the world rankings for the 400m.
On 27 June 2024, Pahal clocked an impressive 50.92 seconds in the semifinals at the National Inter-State Athletics Championships in Panchkula. This performance allowed her to qualify for the Olympics, surpassing the qualifying mark of 50.95 seconds.
The last Indian female athlete to compete in the 400m at the Olympics was Nirmal Sheoran during the Rio Olympics in 2016.
