He began his professional cricket journey with Chittagong Division, making his first-class debut in 2017. He showcased his potential early on, participating in the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, where he was Bangladesh's second-highest wicket-taker. In the domestic circuit, he played for Khelaghar Samaj Kallyan Samity in the Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League, making his List A debut in 2018. Hasan's performances in domestic T20 competitions have been noteworthy. In the 2019–20 Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), he played for Dhaka Platoon, and later for Gemcon Khulna and Rangpur Riders.
