Josh Philippe is a right-handed wicketkeeper-batsman from Western Australia. He made quite a few heads turn with his performances in the Big Bash League. Josh first came into the reckoning when he scored a valiant 74 in First-Class debut against Tasmania in 2017. His team, unfortunately, ended up on the losing side but his knock gave everyone a glimpse of his talent.

The right-hander played a vital role for the Prime Minister's XI when South Africa came calling in 2017. He scored 57 runs along with 4 dismissals in that game. Josh had a great BBL 09 where he finished as the third-highest run-scorer in the tournament. He was the Player of the Final and his impactful knock helped Sydney Sixers win the title for the second time.
