  • Harpreet Brar is renowned for his crafty slow left-arm orthodox bowling and his lower-order batting prowess, earning him the reputation of a valuable bowling all-rounder. He plies his trade for Punjab in domestic cricket. Brar's cricketing journey began in 2011 when he started playing for the Ropar side in the Punjab inter-district tournaments. His consistent performances and knack for claiming wickets caught the eye of selectors, leading to his inclusion in the Punjab U-16 setup. From there, Brar continued his ascent through the ranks, representing Punjab at the U19 and U22 levels before making his mark for the Punjab U-23 team, where he impressed with 18 wickets in just 5 matches.
  • In 2019, Brar's perseverance bore fruit when he secured his maiden IPL contract with the Punjab franchise. Despite limited opportunities, he made his IPL debut against the Delhi franchise, showcasing glimpses of his potential with both bat and ball.
