Surprisingly reports in France have claimed that Paris Saint-Germain defender Serge Aurier could be in for a stunning entry at the Manchester club.

Following the arrival of right back Dani Alves at the club, Aurier's future at the Parc des Princes was thrown into question.

The 24-year-old was reportedly told to find a new club for the upcoming season and the right-back even skipped PSG's pre-season friendly in an attempt to find his new club away from Paris.

Many top clubs like Tottenham Hotspur and Inter Milan are also touted as a next possible destination for the Ivory coast defender, however according to various sources recently it has now appeared that Jose Mourinho's side have ended up as the winner in the race for Ivorian's signature.

The fee for the player is said to be about £30 million and the defender could pocket £100,000 in weekly wages at Old Trafford.

The one obstacle now may be the Ivorian's entry into the United Kingdom as full-back was earlier sentenced for striking a cop outside a dance club in Paris.

The defender got involved in a fight in May 2016 and his appeal against the conviction has been booked for August 7 to decide if his travel ban has been lifted.

Aurier's PSG career has been a bright one since his arrival from Toulouse in 2014. The right fullback recorded 19 assists in the last five seasons in Ligue 1 and has won two league titles with them.
