Bengaluru, August 6: The next edition of Monday Night Raw will be the second last one before WWE Summerslam. Considering that it is the one of the biggest PPV of the year, the company will try to come up with needed arrangements to make a proper hype around it.

As expected we learned that a huge main event is coming our way.

As announced by WWE on their official website, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman will lock horns in a Last Man Standing match on the main event of the show.

These two bitter rivals are going at each other for the better part of this year and there's no stopping when it comes to gain upper-hand against one another.

The mountain among men returned from a devastating car crash attack of Roman Reigns at the Great Balls of Fire PPV, three weeks ago uttering the inevitable words, "I'm not finished with you". So, he will be getting another chance to give it back to The Big Dog who claims this is his yard.

This is what WWE.com has posted regarding this match,

"With less than three weeks to go until they clash in a Fatal 4-Way Match with the Universal Championship on the line at SummerSlam, it has been announced that Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman will continue their epic rivalry when they compete in a Last Man Standing Match this Monday on Raw."

It is expected that Brock Lesnar will make his presence felt during this encounter to make a big impact. He is quite frustrated with the announcement of the fatal-4-way match at Summerslam.

Added to that, Reigns is in all-business mode by winning the triple threat match, last week. So, the champion is likely to mark his own territory just two weeks prior to the title match.

This will mark the first-time that we will witness a Last Man Standing match on Raw in this year. Previously, Strowman has the same gimmick match against Sami Zayn where he won it successfully. It will be interesting to see who emerges as the winner of this No Disqualification bout.
