Litton Das is a Bangladesh cricketer who plays for Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL. Litton is regarded as one of the finest Bangladeshi players of all time and holds the record highest individual total by a Bangladeshi cricketer in an ODI game (176). He plays domestically for North Zone in Bangladesh and has been a star player for a number of teams in Bangladesh Premier League.
Born on 16 February 1994, Das is 29 years of age ahead of the IPL 2023 season. KKR signed for his base price of 50 lakhs in the IPL 2023 auction after he initially remained unsold in the auction. He was born in Dinajpur, Bangladesh. His father's name is Bacchu Chandra Das and mother's name Anita Das. He has two brothers. is married to his long-time girlfriend Devashri Biswas Sonchita who is an agriculturist in Mirpur, Bangladesh.
Litton Das is predominantly a right-handed batsman who is known for his aggressive style of batting. He is most comfortable as an opener and has been a key player for Bangladesh over the last few years. He is also handy with the ball.
